Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Ik voel niet welkom van die plek. Ik vond de werknemers nemen niet serieus actie genomen. Omdat mijn vriendin heeft de wondje dat ze weten niet wat moet ze doen. De communicatie vond ik wel vreselijk respectloos, omdat wij kunnen niet meteen de kamer krijgen van lelijk communiceren door de werknemers. Volgende keer kunnen jullie duidelijk uitleggen wat doet je taak en simpel weg maken. Bijvoorbeeld: als iemand krijgt niet de kamer, dan kan je even regelen op andere hotel totdat de iemand kan met eigen manager contact nemen. Wij zijn echt niet blij mee met die situatie gebeuren met in de midden nacht.
