Enjoy this one-bedroom, one-bath condo in beautiful Kona, Hawaii. Conveniently located minutes off of the main strip of downtown Kona, enjoy easy access to world-class dining, shopping, and more.

Take advantage of all that Hawaii has to offer from the comfort of this charming condo. The bedroom features a queen size bed with a walk-in closet perfect for storing your belongings. Across from the bedroom is a washer and dryer for your use, and next to that is the bathroom.

The open living room, dining room, and kitchen layout make for the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Open up the lanai sliding door and let the Hawaii breeze flow through while enjoying the rattan couch and smart TV. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything an at-home chef could desire.

This condo is directly across from the grill and pool area. Walk less than a minute past your private lanai to enjoy ocean views while grilling your favorite foods or basking in the sun poolside.

Looking for a day trip? Pack up the cooler and beach chairs, both of which are provided in the condo, and take a short cruise north or south along Alii Drive to enjoy snorkeling and beaches. Travel north of Kona to enjoy some of the most scenic beaches this island has to offer.

Online description was incorrect. Facility had a weird smell and we had to mitigate that issue ourselves. Condo was right on a thru road through complex, but very close to bbq and pool. Condo needed updating and the bathroom was subpar.

Great location and overall comfortable stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Management company was responsive. Listing clearly states no A/C so anyone who complains simply didn't read the listing. Multiple fans really helped keep it comfortable. Biggest complaint is that "Amenities" list a dishwasher which does not exist and multiple outlets particularly in the kitchen did not work. The unit can definitely use more towel bars. We agree with the review that suggested a keyless door lock. The combination realtor lock is difficult to use especially at night as the lighting outside the door is fairly dim. The condo location can't be beat! Walking out your door to watch sunset was wonderful!!

Overall, it was a very nice place, a home away from home. We loved the Nutribullet blender and used it daily for smoothies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious. The beach chairs were an invaluable part of our stay, allowing us to easily carry our snorkel equipment, etc. from the car to the beach. We were in a centralized location in Kona, making it easy to access beaches, shopping and restaurants. The complex, being right on the water's edge provided a great place to watch the waves and sunsets. The downsides: the clocks were not set when we got there and for several of them, we just couldn't figure out how to set them. The kitchen wall clock simply stopped working...cleaning away the.corrosion and installing a new battery didn't help. We only got one roll of toilet paper and had to go out and buy more to make it through the stay. Two of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, making it necessary to move appliances around to outlets that functioned. The fridge handle was loose and became semi detached, with no tools to fix it. The innards on the toilet could have used replacement: noise and some running. The parking lots were being resurfaced throughout our stay which caused some minor inconvenience. Guess it has to be done sometime, right? Despite these maintenance projects/oversights, it was a pleasant and quiet place to stay.

Clean, quiet, close to downtown Kona, watched the sunset, by the ocean& the bed was very comfortable & has remote for extra comfort! No A/C but the added extra standup fans worked fine with me. Overall I would stay here again!

Great location, pleasant stay
This was so convenient and easy. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. Fans are great! Nice patio across from the pool and grill. Would recommend a decor upgrade in the bathroom and a keyless lock. The lockbox was tricky to open. Thank you for the stay.
