She replied to all our questions really quickly, gave us great tips on hiking trails, and even helped us book a taxi with a local Georgian driver who didn’t speak English. The room was perfect for the three of us—spacious, cozy, and with the most amazing view of Mount Kazbegi and the church. We really enjoyed our stay!」

I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice.」
「We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

「It is more of a ski lodge on the mountain. I heard it is very happening in winter. The mountain view from our room was stunning. Breakfast was nice - croissants ran out fast but was not replenished fast enough. Overall enjoyable stay. 」
