「アラスカ感たっぷりの味のあるホテルでしたが、４連泊中のタオル交換や石けんの補充はありませんでしたし、洋服をかけるハンガーもありませんでしたので、値段の割にはアメニティーがいまいちかと思いました。もちろん、コーヒーメーカーやバスタブなどありません（専用あるいは共用のシャワーのみ）。あと、注意したいのは、フロントが２４時間対応ではなく、早朝のチェックアウトなど注意が必要です。フロントのいる時間を確認しても適当ですので、フロントのいるうちにチェックアウトした方が安心です。それから、バーが併設されており、夜は結構うるさいです。」

「Staff were very friendly and rooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport. Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. 」

「Shangri-La met our needs for a couple days in Juneau. The whole unit is very big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and I loved that it had a washer/dryer. The sitting area is just ok but it could use a chair. Also, it was not made clear in the amenities that it does not have a regular stove and oven. It has a double cooktop you need to get out of a drawer and a single burner cooktop. They do not heat up like a regular stove. They do have a pretty big toaster...

「This was a perfect place for my mother who comes to town to teach her classes for the UAS. It was a quiet and relaxing location for her. And very spacious for the grandkids to spend time and visit.」

Full disclosure; It is an older home the beautiful refurbish can’t eliminate some of those characteristics (closet doors that don’t close, bumps in the floor.. all very minor if you’re not a perfectionist) We would stay again without hesitation.」

「A great place to stay. Very clean and full of amenities. The large windows give you a great view of the mountains. The location is close to the airport but we never heard a single plane which is nice. I would definitely stay here again. 」
