"The team were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we arrived aafe and had everything we needed."

The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "
