The home offers a FULLY FENCED in yard along with a STOCK TANK POOL & HOT TUB. The backyard contains a beautiful fire pit & pergola with hanging hammock chairs, so you can enjoy the night sky in comfort.
Our home is the perfect place for couples & small groups to getaway.
The space
Think of our home as your pure, desert paradise. Our newly remodeled home offers our guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Joshua Tree has to offer.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed.
The first guest and second guest bedrooms offer a full size bed.
All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam and our guests rave about their comfort.
KITCHEN:
The space comes with a full size, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals, but please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The best part of coming to Joshua Tree is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so you can do just that. In the backyard, you'll find a STOCK TANK POOL, HOT TUB, and a fire pit surrounded by a beautifully constructed pergola with hanging hammock chairs. We also offer a beautiful dining area in the back patio. It's the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful Joshua Tree nights.
THE BASICS:
There's powerful central heating and air to cool the house during the hottest days, and keep it nice and toasty on the coldest night.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the entire property.
Other things to note
☆ Game Room is located inside the garage, which doesn't have AC so it may be hot during summer...BUT you can open the garage door to keep cool and have fun!
☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
