「Very clean room, had everything we needed」

「The main lobby was experiencing leaks in the ceiling (below other rooms) with buckets and tiles and water dripping. The room I was placed in had a leaking toilet and I was expected to turn n and off the water valve to the toilet for each use. It then plugged up due to low water in the tank at one point. I went to get breakfast in the morning with barely a scoop of eggs and waited almost 20 minutes for the next order and no forks were provided. Thr staff was extremely polite and made the stay...

「You can tell hotel is dated , showers are gross , bathroom vent under sink had large hole that made you wonder if mice very gonna come in . Did the job ! Bed was fairly comfortable . For the price we paid I expected more !! Just better updates ! Cleanliness was a so so ! Side doors going in and out of building hallway entrance was not clean . 」

「Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. We called the local police to see if they could help us. They tried to call several times on number provded, still no answer after about an hour i received a text saying the...

「Free breakfast with a ton of choices. Coffee and tea all day, clean rooms, service awesome. Great staff. Perfect location to go to all the favorite spots and halfway between Dells and Baraboo. High recommended」

「Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We had one issue with the toilet but as soon as we let them know, they brought someone up immediately and it was fixed. This will be a place. We will definitely stay again especially because it’s near everything that you would possibly want to go to」

「Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. 」

「The bed was nice, but the pillows were small and only 2 on a king size bed. I had to go buy a pillow. The chairs were uncomfortable. Other than that nice quite place to sleep.」
