Cleaning: Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.

Perfect for vacationers, families, and business travelers. Main Floor: 2 sleeper sofa couches, large dining table seats up to 10, 55" HDTV, dedicated work desk, fully stocked kitchen, with stone counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, hall closet with high chair and pack n play crib, children's toys. Enclosed 3 season front porch, enclosed rear porch and open rear deck,

2nd floor : 2 bedrooms with queen beds, hallway full bath.

Lower level: Large king bedroom, sleeper sofa, upholstered chair, full bath, laundry room with full size washer / dryer plus utility sink.

All bedrooms have, blackout curtains and 4KHD tv's!

House Rules:

The number of guests shall not exceed the number on the booking. Having more guests than stated on the booking is considered "unauthorized guests" and subject to fines. Unauthorized parties, guests, events and smoking of any kind are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. If extra cleaning is required due to excessive mess, or unauthorized activity such as smoking inside the property, you may be charged up to a $500 cleaning fee.

We are not responsible for lost or missing guest items. We value the safety and security of all our guests.

PET FEES and PET RULES:

All pets must be house trained.

Standard pet fee is $75.

If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional.

We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.

Note: You must be 21 or older to book. Guests must provide a photo of your D.L. or State ID upon request.

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing. This historic district of Joliet is called "The Cathedral District or Cathedral Area" The Cathedral Area neighborhood of Joliet, IL is a green, tree-lined community that contains an incredible array of homes displaying a dozen architectural styles. for the nearby Cathedral Church Many beautiful, restored homes, reflect the rich history of Joliet.



Getting Around:

We have private driveway parking. Some stores, restaurants and shops are walking distance. Exploring further will require a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

If you need extra supplies please plan to pick up any extra items needed items needed during your stay.

We provide a starter pack with the following items:

- one roll of paper towels

- one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom

- two extra garbage bags

- two dish washer pods

- laundry soap

- some coffee and/or a few k-cups



Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our home with respect. If any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP!

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and back of the and the driveway.

We provide parking for up to 4 cars. Please do not park in the grass.

The maximum house capacity is 12 people. Unauthorized parties, guests, and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.

Please be aware, that as the seasons change, we get the occasional bug. We do have professional pest service which sprays regularly around the house. If you happen to see them, we can came out and spray or call our service and have them come out. That said, we will not be giving refunds for something we cannot 100% prevent.

Thermostat settings. We generally keep the temp set at 71-72 degrees in the Summer. It is an older home and not as well insulated as modern construction. Setting it too low will ice up the condenser and cause the AC to fail. We have ceiling fans and floor fans to assist with comfort. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.

CHECKOUT:

- Place used towels on bathroom floor

- Kindly scrape off food from plates, place in dish washer and start it.

- Gather trash and place in outside bins.

- Turn off all lights, fans and tv's.

- Lock entry doors on your way out. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Unauthorized guests - $25 per unauthorized persons (people not on the listing or without notifying the host).

- Late checkout - We pay our cleaners by the hour therefore we may charge $50 for late checkout without prior agreement. Over an hour late is $100
