We asked to get another room, they said they were fully booked but didn't provide us any solutions or answers while we were sitting in the lobby for a whole hour in the middle of the night. The staff has terrible problem solving skills and communication. I hope they get this fixed"

"The Host was not attentive, the place itself was just what the picture showed me, but it reeked of cat urine. I don’t believe there was a cat ever inside the rental, but I believe that cats have managed to crawl under the crawlspace. There were Airwick plug-ins in every room, leading me to believe that they knew this was a problem. I had to purchase more room spray deodorant to make it bearable. It was important for me to stay in that area. One other thing the rental did not have a washcloth of which I had to go purchase. "
