"Rooms are a decent size and good facilities. Bar is great with a good selection of beers and spirits. The food is fantastic! I have a dietary requirement and they catered for me and were very knowledgeable of the ingredients in the meals. Thoroughly recommend staying here. "

"Extremely poor communication "

"The heating & hot water was not working when we arrived. There was no customer support from the staff. An electric radiator could have been put in the room to preheat it and courtesy tea/coffee provided as it was cold and snow forecast. We felt there should have been someone experienced managing the situation. Therefore we decided to cancel annd leave after waiting for three hours. "

"No heating the small oil heater not sufficient. Had to ask for towels as the previous ones wouldn't be able to dry No top of coffee or milk etc No flexibility of the already booked table Some members of the team not very helpful "
