The villas are down a quiet road that is far removed from the noise and traffic of Bali. The villa was great, a fantastic place to relax and chill out. All the staff were wonderful, they were so helpful and friendly. All round it was a great place to stay.

This place is decent management needs to focus on communication. I texted them though Hotels.com, I rarely receive response. I asked for breakfast to be packed it was not ready and had to leave without Brekafast. No wifi password written anywhere in villa, No iron stand. Property is clean and very close to airport so it’s a benifit.

Beautiful, quiet and clean. Staff were so hospitable and caring. View from rooftop was gorgeous overlooking the bay to the mountains. 10 minute walk to beach was stunning. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could possibly be. Towels were not always clean, even after laundering (make up, foot prints and dirt left behind). Would have to ask for additional towels for pool, hand, kitchen, etc. We were there for 10 days, pool water was never checked. Just a couple of chlorine blocks thrown in when we arrived and filter pump wasn't even turned on. Breakfast wasn't ideal, scrambled egg was a chopped up fried egg. Not sure where bottled water came from, but one day was topped up from the kitchen tap. Concierge wasn't helpful, first night in dark sent us out to main road to walk in traffic and maybe find a taxi. No taxi's to be hailed. Found out two days later about Blue Bird app and then was able to organise our transport. Same concierge told us we couldn't extent our check out time. Asked for manager who arranged for us.

Sehr schöne Villen. Leider sehr abgewohnt und teils auch ungepflegt. Hier ist weit und breit nichts. Kleine Spaziergänge sind nicht möglich - in the middle of nowhere. Daher einerseits sehr entspannend, aber wenn man jeden Meter fahren muss, auch irgendwie müßig.

On arrival after long travel from England, bed sheets were filthy and was told it’s down to the washing machine... they were filthy. The pool had toilet paper in it and the waterfall not working... first impressions were not great. The manger very helpful the next day trying to sort things but over all the Villa was very tired, things needed updating and the pool was green by the time we left. Stayed for 2 weeks and only went in it twice due to the mould. Worse still we started to notice our food getting ate it started with sweets leaving half full packets and then the next day they’d come in to “clean” the room but ate our sweets too... then went into the fridge and ate our fruit we had bought! I mean that’s not on... Felt very uncomfortable towards the end of our stay and just wanted to pay and leave. This place is probs good for one night which is why the reviews are all 5* but when you stay for 2 weeks you notice the issues which we struggled with. Ran out of shampoo so had to go ask and then shower gel but we felt embarrassed to go and ask for more... cleaning was just a issue over all with mould on shower wall also.

The villa itself was lovely. We enjoyed having the private pool, and rooftop area to relax. There area is nice and quiet, away from the more populated areas, which means we had to walk a bit to get to places, but we didn’t mind. We spent a lot of time just hanging around the villa. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and would drop out. And sometimes the water would shut off. But these were small things. We’d stay again.

Overall the villa was nice looking and well set out. The staff were excellent and assisted with all our needs. I’d say the only real downsides were the bathroom had quite a bad smell I’m guessing from the drainage (just kept the door shut) and Netflix, YouTube channels etc were basically useless as they either wouldn’t load or kept cutting out. Otherwise a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.

Boende i Bali, detta är ett måste!!

Helt fantastiskt och prisvärt boende! Det bästa vi någonsin har besökt. Personalen var trevlig, frukosten perfekt och rummet hade allt plus lite till. En önskan är bara att dom tonar ner romantiken på bilderna, det kan avskräcka folk speciellt när detta boende är så enormt prisvärt och bra. Önskar er all lycka till!
