"It was exactly as it was listed. Thank goodness for the fan in the room, otherwise no AC was rough. Great area to walk around and explore local stores and sodas. The owner was so helpful and nice! The shared shower was clean, wish there were more places to hang your things though. Requesting bfast was odd bc you had to go find her, I felt weird getting into her person home space. One night she locked the gate on my partner as he was out exploring the town late at night, thought that was odd, like we had a curfew. Very helpful with booking tours and transportation as well! Overall a very nice place to stay!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was immaculately clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities one could need, including a water/ice make in fridge and full size washer and dryer. The pool in the back is very clean and well maintained and the property is just a short walk to the beach - our kids were thrilled with both! The host was very friendly and responsive and she even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge with a welcome note - this was such a nice touch to ‘come home’ to! We would love to return and would recommend this properly to friends :) Thank you!"

"This was an absolute gem. We travel with 8 kids often and have stayed at many villas around the world. The attention to detail in this home is superb. Thank you Gabriela! The staff is great. The best beach I have ever been to. Amazing local surfing at your door. If I could ever do it again, I’d just book this place for my entire life vacation."

"The host is very helpful with recommendations and communication. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, and a great location (as long as you have a vehicle that has excellent brakes and can handle steep hills). The scenery is beautiful and lots of little creatures to spot right from the deck!(we saw howler and white faced monkeys, many types of birds, frogs, crabs, praying mantis’s, and many others! The pool deck is a bit worn and could use a refinish as there are some boards sticking up, and the pool furniture hasn’t really been properly cleaned or maintained. Unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy it as it is left out and gets quite wet in rainy season. A storage box for cushions would easily help with this. Overall a lovely stay. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay, and we loved being able to cook at home."

"This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. Edwin patiently awaited our arrival and escorted us to the condo, and was very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Vida, Oceanview Luxury Villa. The villa is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and has a well-equipped kitchen, but the real highlight is the deck. With plenty of deep seating, chaise lounges, a large table and chairs, a great pool, and an amazing view, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. We love the beach, but found ourselves happily spending time right at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home.Carlos made the trip even better. He was gracious, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We truly appreciated his guidance and would highly recommend both the villa and Carlos as a host."

"Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. "
