"The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. No information was given about how to get into the building directly from the garage (There was a magnetic fob on the key chain.) So we walked back through the garage door at the far end with all of our luggage.
