I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET! And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. OPEN CAR DOORS, especially for women!"
