"The room was spacious and accommodated our whole family. But the couch had a stain the cushion And the bathroom could have been in better shape. The paint was peeling from the ceiling and there was rust in the bathtub. You can see where they repainted the bathtub. Also the plug inns on the light stand were very loose and would not hold a phone charger block. "

"Nice location however home was not clean upon arrival, my family basically cleaned while there. Water in the kitchen completely stop working the first night we arrived. Took “maintenance” an hour to arrive. We booked and was charged one price but when she found out how many was staying we were charged an additional 442.00 dollars when the home accommodated 15 people stay, it was 10 of us..4 being children. Overall, not happy with stay. "

"The breakfast was great. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The check in area and the room was good (bathtub could have been cleaner or should be replaced. It's dated and stained). Bed is decent. Bar Louie is attached to the hotel and is a great amenity (it's nice and clean as well). The front desk staff just wanted to get through their shift and get home. They seemed put out that they had to extend themselves to guests. The halls creeped me out a little. They are old, dirty and dated. The hotel shuttle is convenient and a great benefit. Can't beat the price at $119 for standard king room. Overall, I would stay there again in a crunch but would likely choose other properties over this one if I could."

"The pull-out couch mattress was in completely unacceptable condition—springs sticking through like it had been pulled straight from the curb. To make matters worse, there was no bedding in the room for the pull-out couch at all. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get it myself. After going down, I found out they were out of blankets and was handed an extra sheet, as if that was a reasonable solution. I ended up using towels for padding and to stay warm, essentially building my own bed just to get through the night. For a hotel stay, this is beyond unreasonable—it’s honestly embarrassing. I will not be staying here again."
