「Getaway for a gal friend and i. Knew the neighborhood but had never stayed there. This place was a great find! Easy check in and the hosts are very reachable if there are any issues... like forgetting your door code!
The apartment is clean, well equipped and the beds are nice and comfortable. Mornings and evenings on our balcony were especially nice watching the streetview. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and walkable with lots of restos and shopping. Definitely recommend 」
「Stunning old world beauty married to a completely modern hotel. The staff was so welcoming, professional and helpful. They offered every possible assistance and answers to every request. The rooms were well appointed and everything in them functioned without fail. our bathroom, shower and tub was huge . The lighting controls in bathroom, corridor and bedside controlled every light from any place you were positioned. The entire hotel was very quiet and spotless.」
「The apartment is in one of the best areas in Montréal called Mont-Royal. 3-5 minutes’ walk to the METRO station and bus stops. Shops are all over the place. Everything in the building and the room is pretty new and worked perfectly. A washer and a dryer were set up in the room with a stock of detergent. Nothing at all to complain about. The best apartment/hotel I’ve ever stayed at.」

"D’abord, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée n’était pas celle que j’avais demandée et confirmée par e-mail.
De plus, pendant mon séjour, le ménage n'a pas été fait à plusieurs reprises.
Lorsque je me suis plainte à la réception, l’équipe de nettoyage ne commençait généralement qu’une bonne heure plus tard.
J’aurais voulu changer d’hôtel.
Chaque jour, de nouveaux problèmes se sont passés; un manque d’eau, de papier toilette et de mouchoirs en papier et sans me dire bonjour…etc.
Dans la baignoire il restait toujours des cheveux; en les enlevant moi-même, je me suis demandée si la salle de bain aurait vraiment été nettoyée.
Après chaque réclamation, les réponses n’ont jamais été satisfaisantes.
J’étais tellement en colère et fatiguée au point que j’ai indiqué un message et l’affiché sur la porte de ma chambre pour que le ménage soit fait !
Au moment du départ, il y a eu un problème de la facture et à cause de cela, j'ai failli rater mon bus.
Le comportement des employés est vraiment mauvais.
Il semble manquer de solidarité professionnelle dans cet hôtel.
