A shared shower room with WC and a double hand-basin is also located on this level. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room with WC and a double hand-basin, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating, with a private exit to the terrace.
