For its good location (the beach just 2 minutes by car) in a well-established estate, in a very quiet area (even in high season) and with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, municipal market, shops, etc.) without having to have the need for use the car.
It offers good and wide views of the entire bay of Jávea from the Cape of San Antonio (from the living room and terrace of the property you can see the light of the lighthouse every night, Ibiza is seen at dawn in clear days) to Cabo de San Martín , as well as the massif and Mount Montgó and the flats (where you can also enjoy its wonderful sunsets from the terrace).
The entire property has been tastefully designed and high quality materials have been used in it, with open and unobstructed areas to have a sense of spaciousness and relaxation.
