Wonderful place also in winter

We spent Xmas and New Year here and enjoyed it very much. Blue sky, sun and the fabulous sea view are a happy contrast to northern cold grey weather. The villa had everything we needed. We especially liked the original Spanish style furnishings (very much not-Ikea :). A wonderful place to enjoy and relax.

Spectacular view and very spacious, cozy house

We have absolutely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. The kids were happy about the big pool, and we enjoyed the the multiple nice views. The neighborhood is more then quiet, the nearby beach beautiful and (off-season) deserted. And the walk to the beach is a welcome exercise, especially the way back up ;-) The house itself and most of the furniture is in very good shape, only the dishwasher, toaster and some of the bedside lamps could need some makeover.

Amazing propery with outstanding views.

Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. As a family we particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace with our evening meal, taking in the scenery. The pool area is well thought out with shower and toilet facilities on the same level, and the bedrooms are spaced over 2 floors giving guests a sense of privacy. Pascale is a very communicative host, and a easy to talk to. Thank you for a great holiday, Pascale, lots of laughter was had and memories made. Merci..

les points forts de cette villa résident surtout dans le cadre magnifique ou elle est située; avec une vue sur la méditerranée à couper le souffle. La piscine est magnifique également. La communication avec la propriétaire, ainsi que l'arrivée sont parfaites. A noter néanmoins qu'il n'y pas de clim (ventilateurs); qu'il y a 4 escaliers pour accéder aux 3 niveaux de la maison; et que mobilier et déco sont assez anciens. Attention les plages (criques) sont difficiles d'accès et bondées en période estivale. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans le calme et la sérénité.

Superbe séjour entre ciel et mer

La villa est fantastique. Calme et sérénité absolue au milieu des pins, vue incroyable, superbes terrasses et piscine ! C'est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour décrocher complètement. La communication tant avec Pascale, la propriétaire, qu'avec Pepe, en charge de la gestion quotidienne de la villa, s' est très bien passée. Très pratique, le supermarché du quartier, tout proche.

Un merveilleux séjour à la Dolce Vista !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille (2 adultes, 4 enfants/ado); la villa est idéalement placée pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité, dans un environnement résidentiel. Mais avec l’essentiel à côté à quelques minutes en voiture. Très agréable, bien équipée, fonctionnelle mais sans ostentation, elle a surtout une vue à couper le souffle d’où que l’on soit !! Ses 2 terrasses, ouverte ou couverte sont très pratiques, et la plancha a bien servi !! La piscine est parfaite. Tout nous a conquis… Merci à Pascale, la propriétaire, et à Pepe, très réactif et sympathique !

Lovely villa with stunning views. Safe community. Rustic villa with great pool.

The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us. Check in very slow-we we’re waiting over 2 hours. Luckily local bars and supermarkets. Great area, plenty of parking on quiet street. Relaxing holiday and loved our stay.

Rustikales Haus in perfekter Lage und leichten Abstrichen

Alles in Allem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem Haus in spektakulärer Lage. Zunächst das Positive: Sehr fair, dass der Vermieter Pascal uns vorab auf eine Baustelle in der Umgebung hingewiesen hat. Das Haus hat einen Charme, der Baustil der 70er Jahre im rustikalen Look gefällt und passt sich an die umgebenden Häuser der Wohnsiedlung an. Im Gegensatz zum Nachbarhaus, das aus der gleichen Bauperiode ist und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und in einem deutlich frischeren Zustand ist, ist unser Ferienhaus offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht mehr erneuert worden. Neu und in Top Zustand sind der Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Das wars aber auch schon. Die Möbel (Betten und Sessel) knarzen, als würden sie gleich zusammenbrechen. Das WLAN ist sehr schwach und fällt ständig aus, was unserem mitreisenden Teenager sehr stark missfiel. In fast keinem Raum funktionieren alle Birnen, in der Küche zum Beispiel gab es gar kein Licht. Vor Ort gibt es einen spanischen Mitarbeiter namens Pepe, der sehr gut deutsch spricht und für Anliegen kontaktiert werden kann. Er hat das Küchenlicht ausgetauscht, die restlichen Glühbirnen blieben defekt. Wunderbar ist die Terrasse, der Blick ist ein Traum. Leider ist es nicht so einfach, sich dort tagsüber aufzuhalten, da es sehr heiß und sonnig wird, aber auf Grund der scharfen Winde, die über die Klippen ziehen, kein wirklicher Sonnenschutz angebracht werden kann. Pepe hat uns einen Sonnenschirm besorgt, aber den muss man wirklich im Auge behalten, damit er nicht wegfliegt. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt. Man kann dort viel unternehmen, wir haben als Familie eine Kayaktour auf dem Meer gemacht. Es ist schade, dass der Vermieter das Haus so runterkommen lässt, das Ganze wird dann bei Erwähnung von Kritikpunkten als „simple rustic Spanish style“ gerechtfertigt. Naja, ich habe nichts gegen Rustikal, aber ein neuer Anstrich und die Ausbesserung zahlreicher zersplitterter Fließen am Pool wären das mindeste (sowohl ich als auch mein Ältester haben sich die Füße daran aufgerissen). Auch das Mobiliar dürfte mal dringend überprüft und ggf. erneuert werden. Es macht halt alles mittlerweile einen ziemlich runtergekommenen und schäbigen Eindruck. Der verlangte Meitpreis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt.

Charmante Villa mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Mein Mann und ich haben das Ferienhaus drei Wochen lang bewohnt und waren von der Lage und dem Charm dieser im alten spanischen Stil erbauten Villa sehr angetan. Im großen Pool kann man hervorragend schwimmen. Die Aussicht auf die wilde Felslandschaft ist grandios. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Verwalter des Hauses war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Magnifique vue sur la mer <3

Maison typique espagnole, pleine de charme. Tout était propre et bien nettoyer à notre arrivée. La vue sur la mer est hypnotisante. Nos enfants avaient la chambre qui donnait sur le phare, la lumière de celui-ci pénétrait dans la chambre et les aider à s'endormir. :) Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir pris des nouvelles à notre arrivée et pour leur réactivité lors des échanges.
