Spacious apartment for 6 persons in Javea only 500 metres from the Arenal beach and boulevard. This holiday apartment is situated in a quiet street just behind the Club de Tenis in Javea and at walking distance to all facilities like shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beach.

The building is one of the first built in Javea but the apartment itself has been renovated a couple of years ago and now has an open plan living/dining room and an American kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This apartment is great for everybody who wants to be close to the Arenal beach but at the same time at a more quiet place to relax and go back to after a day on the beach. Due to its locations it's also an ideal alternative for an hotel for example. The interior of the apartment

LocationThis apartment is located just behind the tennis club of Javea, away from the busy main road in a more quiet street. At walking distance from all facilities like restaurants, bars, shops and of course the Arenal sandy beach with its boulevard. The complex does not have a pool but the tennis club with restaurant and swimming pool is literally next door. A great location for everybody who wants to leave their car parked on their holiday (or does not have a car) and be able to walk to the beach and restaurants.
