"We had an all-around fantastic experience at Hôtel Les Lutins! If you are traveling with young kids, the location is about as good as you can get. It is situated right next to the ski school drop-off and the new Jandri Express lift, which made the morning "ski shuffle" with a 5-year-old and 7-year-old so much easier. Our family room was a pleasant surprise—very comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us and all our gear. The breakfast was another highlight. It was fantastic every morning, and they were incredibly accommodating with dietary needs, providing great gluten-free options upon request. The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. All in all, a great experience. We are already keen to go back next season! What we loved: • Proximity to the slopes: Literally steps from the Jandri lift and ski school. • Family-friendly: The room layout worked perfectly for a family of four. • Dietary awareness: Stress-free gluten-free breakfast options. • Atmosphere: Warm, welcoming, and authentic. "Second time we stayed here. It’s perfect for our family. Swimming pool is nice for the little kids after skiing, indoor activity :). Clean rooms, nearby ski lift and ESF. Easy communication with host. Very nice stay!"

"What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! "Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"DONT RENT - The apartment was decent and everything went smooth. However after having the agency inspect the apartment before departure and telling us everything was good. They they sent an email saying due to unfolded duvets we are charged 90 for cleaning. Be very careful in renting under this agency as they will scam you for cleaning fees The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful - should seek new agency. "

"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift. "
