「Excelente hotel para el precio. Muy contento 」

「Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...

「Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔」

「O hotel fica dentro de um condomínio, o lugar é espetacular, paisagens lindíssimas, acomodações super confortáveis. A má impressão ficou quando chegamos a portaria do condomínio e um segurança nos recebeu com extrema grosseiria. Outro ponto foi na recepção , os atendentes não estão muito dispostos a deixar uma boa impressão. Fiz uma reserva pra 2 dias em um quarto, vista montanha. 「Restaurant had very good meals, variety was good, flan was over-the-top. Continental breakfast (included in my package) was well stocked with options, but the coffee and tea were not hot. Scrambled egg was cooked to order. Spa was very nice, including sauna (hot or dry), private whirlpool, massage, pool, hot tub; but the exercise room equipment needed repairing. I would return to/recommend this property.」

「Wir hatten ein Loft gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamterlebnis. Frühstück wurde morgens ins Zimmer gebracht und Kommunikation mit dem Team war jederzeit über whats App möglich . Besonders ist aber vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals gewesen. 」
