レストランの飲み物について

清潔さが行き届いている。非常に良いと思います。中華料理店で食事をしましたが、アルコール類がビールしかありませんでした。紹興酒とか、ウイスキー等揃えておいた方が良いと思います。

良いホテルです

いつも快適に使える良いホテル。今回asia meetingと重なっていたため、セキュリティーチェックやチェックインにかかる時間など心配していたが全然問題なかった。定期的な掃除時間以外にも部屋迄きて水やタオルの補給をしてくれる気遣いがとてもありがたい。また利用したいと思うが、ホテル内のレストランやバー等の割引が欲しいところ。

接客がとても良い

ジャカルタのホテルの中でも接客は一番良いかなと感じました。コロナの状況なので、ビュッフェはセルフ方式ではなかったですが、不便に感じるほどではなかったです。確実にクラブラウンジ付きの部屋がお得だと思います。

部屋は清潔で充分な広さ。マスク、ハンドジェルが人数分、部屋に用意されていた。クラブルーム入室時には体調チェック、消毒が徹底されており、お料理は1人分ずつ小皿に盛り付けられ、並べられている。スタッフの方は親切で滞在中、心地よく過ごすことができました。また再訪したいです。

2度目の宿泊でしたが、子供も大きなプールで喜んでいました。朝食ビュッフェで、もう少し生野菜があるとよいと感じました。

ホテルの周りは何もないですがホテル内の施設が充実してるため問題なく過ごせました！ブュッフェ形式のレストランがとてもよかったです
