The room is clean, and the hotel located inside the mall of Indonesia...cool place. The problem is breakfast too short, if you come after 10am restaurant already cleaned

First thing when I went to the room, I could smell smoke and felt stuffy. Air conditioned was turned off. I asked for non smoking room. I had ants in my room and had bug bites. Decided to requested room change after 2 nights. New room had were mold on the ceiling and water stained on the wall paper. I immediately checked out. I know it was no refund but I don't think I can trust them with anything. I like how the manager told me to contact him if I ever needed anything but he never gave me his contact number.

大陸の団体のホテル

お正月に3泊しました。客室数に対してフロント、ロビーが狭く人があふれていて、チェックインの時何一つ説明がありませんでした。朝のレストランは大陸の団体であふれていて、レストランの外にある広い廊下にも席を7席ほど設けていました。全く落ち着かない雰囲気でしたがしかたなくそちらでいただきました。料理も種類は豊富ですが、毎日ほとんど変わらず味もいまいち… 最近は、大陸の団体と個人客の朝食会場を分けているホテルも多いのですが、そのような配慮は無いようです。 エレベーター側の部屋なので窓無しでした。4星?と思ってしまうほど色々残念なホテルでした。 良い点は、モール直結というところです。雨に濡れずにすみました。
