"We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests. "This hotel is a convenient stay for anyone who need to stay near the city premises. the resort is nicely done and good swimming pool. the hotel staff is very supportive and quick check-in. However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "
