it was one of the biggest festivals in the city, so I was supposed to be picked up at the airpot, but there was not. So I took a taxi and went to this hotel, but hotel staffs were gone and the hotel's gate was also closed. I was really in a big trouble. Fortunately, there was a security guy and he let me in and was really nice to me! thank god! other than that, breakfast was awesome! the room was really clean and nice! I would like to go to stay there again!

After traveling for over 48 hours with numerous travel delays, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and defeated after 1 AM. We were warmly greeted and assisted with several personal items we needed help with. The following morning we had a wonderful breakfast and received information and recommendations to fill our itinerary for the one day we had in the city. We extended our state for an additional night because we were so pleased. The following staff members were individuals we had direct encounters with who provided exceptional service: (I had included the employee names, and Expedia made me omit them from this review) Without a doubt, we would stay here again.
