「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. 「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」

The best aspect beyond the pool hot tub and house of our trip was Matthew. He comes with the package! He kept saying anything we needed let him know so we did! From grocery delivery (Michael was amazing) to our private chef (Johnathan was superb) setting up...

「Our second time staying here in Los suenos and we will definitely stay again! Felipe is super helpful and fast to respond! Super close location to the beach club and marina but tucked away for peace and quiet! Love it here!」
