  • It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. You are on vacation…no cooking indoors 😁No worries everyone issafe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. The beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. Home away from home! I loved that they had everything you would possibly need in terms of shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, toilet paper, paper, paper plates, laundry detergent etc.... Makes it easier for a family with little kids. The house was beautiful. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly.

We were in town visiting our son who lives in Jax. This house offered enough space for my wife, mother in law, and two of my son's friends. The host's communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The open concept living room and kitchen area was great. One unexpected touch was the guide with instructions on the TV & soundbar & suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions. The home is near two Walmart's for any essentials left at home (although complementary toothbrushes, lotion, body wash, etc. was provided) and has easy access to the beltway. The master bedroom and bath are nicely done. The outside sitting area is also a nice touch. This one is definitely on our short list moving forward!

Quiet and Comfortable

This property is on a large quiet lot. The neighbors are very friendly. The house is neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very personable. They are easy to contact, and are willing to help make your stay pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

It was nice, clean and convenient the only issue was the bed in the office was more like a cot. I did contact owner and was responsive but we still weren't able to see what they were saying to make the bed into a full size. That was the only issue that description was incorrect of the 3rd bedroom and thats what qe paid for a 3 bedroom.
