Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo inside gated complex. Access to the island's only private fishing pier. View amazing sunrises from your own balcony. Newly renovated throughout with comfortable furnishings.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bath is in the hallway next to the guest room and has a tub shower combination. The guest room has a queen bed and a day bed that converts to a full bed.
*Please note beginning mid-March 2025 through July 2025 there will be concrete work taking place on all Amelia by the Sea balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection Law.*
