Sleeping arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two private bedrooms and an upstairs children’s loft. The main suite features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed with a pull-out trundle, while the loft area is outfitted with two twin beds - a cozy retreat especially suited for younger guests.

Living space
High ceilings and an open concept layout create an inviting place to unwind after a day exploring Ponte Vedra. The living room offers ample seating for the whole group along with a TV with standard cable. Whether you’re sharing stories from the day or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, the space is designed for comfort and connection.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with major appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area seats eight guests comfortably, making it easy to linger over meals, board games, or a relaxed night in.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
