Relax and Enjoy our Oceanfront Town House Condo in Beautiful Amelia Island!
Our Condo located 1/2 mile north of the Ritz Carlton is surrounded by
Peters Point Park, Summer Beach Golf Course and minutes away from Old Town
Fernandina Beach.
Our non-smoking oceanfront condo has beautiful views of the
ocean and ocean front patios on two floors. The unit is steps away
from the beach and backs up to a swimming pool, it has all the
amenities needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

* The first floor features, modern kitchen, dining room, living
room and oceanfront deck
* Second floor features ocean front master bedroom with King bed, deck, private bath. In additions there is a 2nd bedroom overlooking the pool and golf course that as 1 Queen and a child size alcove Daybed which overlooks pool and golf course and shares a hall bath
* Third floor features an oversized bedroom with 1 Queen and a 2 Twin trundle Bed. This floor has stunning views of the ocean!

Golf Trip

We stayed at this place for a golf trip and loved how clean it was and how close it was to the course and Fenandina Beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area.

Great house by the beach!

We loved our stay at Sandpiper; the location right by the beach is beautiful. The house was nice and clean, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our interactions with the owner were very pleasant. We would choose this place again. Recommended!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The condo was perfect for our family and it was nice for everyone to have their own space. The two porches are delightful and the upper level one has great views of the dunes and beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped for almost a weeks stay. Host was very easy to work with.

Wonderful Stay, Easy Beach Access

The property offered perfect easy beach access and is a short walk just across the street from the beach. There were tons if towels and beach and pool toys, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Terrie was responsive and the process went smoothly. We would definitely rent this place again!

A Great Beach Getaway

This is a fantastic location. It's a beach front property on Amelia Island, excellent for a family. The check in and check out were easy. Comfortable furniture.

Great location for family vacation

This was a great location and setup for 4 adults and 2 young children. Access to the beach is very convenient and size of house and furnishing worked well. Fernandina Beach has great restaurants that accommodated the children. Went fishing and took our catch to the Salty Pelican who cooked it for us and served with fixings for fish tacos. The kids particularly enjoyed Fort Clinched and finding sharks teeth on the beach there. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful space right off the beach

We had a great time staying at this property just a walk over the dunes to the beach! We needed to contact the property manager a couple times and we received a prompt and kind response each time. We had plenty of space for our large family (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) to sleep comfortably and enjoyed the location of the property.

Nice townhouse in a perfect oceanfront location

The townhouse had everything we needed for our multigenerational family group. The beach was nearly empty and the location was close to shops and restaurants. Everything was neat and clean and well taken care of. Hope we can come back here for another trip.

Had my wedding here!

The condo was perfect for hosting a small wedding on the beach! My wife and I stayed in the main room and her parents upstairs, friends in the third room. Balcony was perfect for grabbing some tea and coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Located in a great spot for a short drive to anywhere.

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for a family wedding. Our stay was fantastic. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything! The sun rises weren't provided but sitting on the 2nd floor deck, they were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed the peaceful setting from both decks. Great access to the beach! We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful Dunes

Everything about the property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed looking for and watching the wildlife within the dunes. The plant diversity was also wonderful. Beach was a little crowded on the weekend but average during the week. Plenty to do in the area but we also made a trip up to Jekyll Island, very much worth the trip. Overall a great week.

Great Location!

The location of this complex was fantastic. Grounds are well maintained and views of the beach were great from the deck and balconies. We loved sitting out to see the ocean. We felt that the interior could use some updating and maintenance. Cracked floor tiles, dingy paint and general wear and tear should be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Great floor plan for two families. It was also nice to have beach chairs provided.

Amelia Getaway

We loved the proximity to the beach and enjoyed seeing a variety of wildlife. My wife and children rode horses on the beach, starting and ending their ride nearby at Peters Point Park. We found shark teeth at Fort Clinch State Park and found several great restaurants around Amelia Island. We went mini golfing at Island Falls and got ice cream at DeNucci’s. We even made a day trip to Saint Augustine. Our final day we went boating with a friend, and unfortunately we failed to catch any fish, but we did see sea turtles and dolphins!

Perfect Amelia Island Getawat

We are a family of 5 from St Augustine who were looking for a beachfront rental to share with my sister, niece and nephew. So 3 adults and 5 children. This place was a perfect little getaway. Just a walk over the dune to the beach with all the activities of Amelia Island close by. This was a very functional townhouse to call home base. Very clean. Accurate add. Communicative host. 2 porches to enjoy the view and sunrises was a nice touch. And a close full of beach stuff (boogie boards, toys, chairs, etc). I highly recommend.
