The space
-4 bedrooms boast 3x Queen & 1x King beds. The large sofa can also sleep a 9th person.
-Master bedroom suite has it's own master bathroom and a 40" . The guest bathroom services the other bedrooms.
-Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, lamp, & nightstand.
-Living Room has a 65" Smart HDTV that sits on an entertainment center featuring an electric fireplace either with or without heating.

-Pets are welcome with $100 non-refundable pet fee. Feel free to message host for size and breed limitations.

Family meet up

House was nice and comfy with no real problems. The only "issue" was the narrowness of the street. If you have a large vehicle it might be difficult to get in and out. Host was very quick to respond to any issue with equally quick resolution. Would definitely stay again

Once we entered the house was nice and clean. Property manager was great with communication and quick to get back with me when I called. Definitely different getting woke up my roosters in the morning.

Should be listed as an alley parking and no street. Dogs barked at us every time we came outside.

The property is over priced, tubs and showers were soiled and wreaked of urine. There was writing on the wall in the dining area. Door needed adjustment. No parking other than the garage and one car driveway. Windows in master were not able to see outside.

Needed a rental for 4 -5 days needed to be in Jacksonville to bring my deceased father

Clean House, god location everything needed located in area. Easy to communicate to homeowner. Easy Rental process.

Room Enough For All

There were 7 of us in all, five adults, one child and a baby. The layout of the house was good having four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of seating. I did find the kitchen lacking in essentials. There were no dish towels, and the pots and pans etc were sparse in being able to cook without being very creative. For someone who does not plan on cooking all would be fine. The neighborhood is less than desirable in view but was very quiet the 4 days we were there. The homes proximity to the zoo, airport etc is good. Communication with the owner was good. I needed to contact him on a few things and was able to get a hold of him quickly.

Great experience

This property was excellent for our stay in Jacksonville. Tyler solved any issue or question we had immediately via the messaging system on VRBO. Thank you for being a great host and being understanding.
