My stay here has been wonderful. I’m a little confused on some charges I have but overall the stay has been great I really don’t have any complaints. I think they could use some updates done in the rooms and around the building because it is a little outdated here but it’s still livable. The staff are the absolute best here!!! Everyone I have encountered here has been so nice so helpful just completely amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying here again when needed

Amazing staff

The staff here is just amazing. They are very welcome they know who I Am by name they seen and is a nice surprise compared to other places that don't even look at you as a person just as a dollar bill or a headache. I've had no issues in my room is very nice for the price I pay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in a convenient location

Kitchenette was not as advertised, the room smelled old and outdated. Staff was slow coming for check-in. Carpet on the floors need to be replaced, elevator looks disgusting and floor was dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Wouldn't stay again

The sofa bed provided was not usable. I informed the concierge and they knew about it. They didn't offer to replace it. The formica on the kitchen countertop was peeling off. This was informed as well. No indication that something could be done. We didn't try to use the kitchen at all. Refrigerator was working but exterior surface was rusted.

Better to stay in streets than staying here

Worst ever experience, i don't know how they are allowing to run this place. Dirty place lights didn't work, floor are dirty and greasy, bathroom door locks were broken , no breakfast, no utensils, chairs were dirty and they charged 110

Great rates, quiet and peaceful, clean and well kept are a few things that come to mind when choosing to stay at Extended Stay Salisbury. The amazing staff that go above and beyond to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable is what makes this one of the best hotel stays my family and I have. Will always choose extended stay Salisbury for our stay in Jacksonville. Also always recommend this location to any family and friends.

when we git to our room the door and the whole floor was dirty that the socks from us got vlack by walking to the bathroom and sticky also the kitchen was sticky we had a half full big trash bag left in the trash can from the rpeople staying there before us shower curtain rail broke out of the wall during a shower and nobody cared , even qe complained everyday after 5 days still the same no one came to fix it no fresh towels only if you pay $2 each towel housekeeping only after 14 days of a stay sleeping couch dirty on the inside and the pull out bed no vending maschine a/c didnt work on cold just heat never been fixed either

Roaches and no clean accommodations

We had roaches in our room, the keys kept messing up, and we had no towels. I relayed all these issues to the manager herself and her fix was a 10% refund off of $250. It was not acceptable the conditions of the room nor how they felt like they should compensate the situation.

Survived my stay- never again!

This hotel should be condemned. It reeks of odor. Great very fortunate thing is my bed was comfortable, but I did have to keep my windows open so that I wouldn’t smell anything, and that worked. Even though it has a kitchenette, there are absolutely no supplies whatsoever to use the kitchenette. There was a sign to ask for supplies at the front desk so I went down and ask for a spoon and a knife and they didn’t have either one. The place just appeared soiled, especially the carpet, the elevator, the outdoor sidewalk, entryway.

Poor quality

Checking in was wonderful, however the stay was disappointing. The rooms though they appear clean on a quick look we’re not all that clean. The pull out bed was covered in spaghetti sauce and they told me for 2 of my 3 day there they did not have clean sheets for it, so we couldn’t use it. We were counting on that bed with a group of 5 people. The beds were not even in the least bit comfortable. I couldn’t even get clean towels when I asked. The pool area wasn’t cleaned once in our 3 day stay it was obvious since the same trash was there all 3 days including the pile of beer cans. The breakfast was nothing more than granola bars, cheep muffins, and oatmeal packets. The parking lot and surrounding area including entryways (except the front) were covered in dog poop. Also if you have small children I would avoid it because of the drug issues the tenants have.
