The renovation is complete and The Fig Tree is available again for rent! Less than 100 yards from the beach. Originally built in 1915 as a summer beach home for the Arnot family, the The Fig Tree is a lovely old cedar shake shingle cottage in the traditional Southern Beach style. We have taken great care to keep the character and charm where possible, while modernizing the kitchen, bathrooms, and decor. Perfect for small families! This is the listing of the lower level only.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
