"Our stay at the Best Western Sea Island was wonderful. The staff was exceptional—every person we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The location is perfect for exploring historic downtown Beaufort. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The separate breakfast building was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to move around without feeling crowded. The food tasted freshly prepared rather than prepackaged or microwaved, and it was a pleasant surprise each morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While the décor is a bit older, everything was in good condition and served its purpose well. We'd happily stay here again."

"Place was recently updated and was in great shape. Staff at front desk were friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was well stocked. The outdoor pool was clean and looked resort like! Don't be frightened away by the stand alone dilapidated vacant restaurant that is situated next to the hotel. It appears that it will be removed soon."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations. While the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the rooms and the disappointing breakfast significantly detracted from the overall experience."
