「This recently updated hotel is still under construction in some parts such as the Finch Bar and ground floor area. The rooms are nice, and the beds, as far as our family was concerned, were comfortable. The linens were fresh and plentiful as well as the amenities such as soap, shampoo and lotion. The lobby had reading material, nice seating and fresh water and coffee. The staff was nice and helpful when I had questions. The one slight complaint I have was that in my daughter's bunkbed suite room...

「There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast.
