Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel since centrally located which makes up for the small room size. The property offers a range of amenities and the pool/hot tub were clean and working. Good value for the buck. Definitely would stay again and recommend location to other couples.

Lovely place lovely people. We knew it was a Murphy bed but as we are English didn’t really know what it was. Difficult to get in and out of of a larger person. Pool was lovely . Beach nearby is private and payable which was a disappointment . Easily walkable to so many places. Would stay again .

We loved and adored the Stardust Lodge. I wanted something with a retro rustic vibe reminiscent of my childhood but not run down. Fully updated and smack in the middle of town you can’t go wrong. I will always come back here. Walking distance to just about everything and a wonderful staff. Set up like a mini apartment with bedroom and bath. Charming and thoughtfully designed with all the cozy essentials.

I would recommend this place to anyone very comfortable kitchenette studio. The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and the location is ideal for anyone trying to take in Tahoe walking distance to the casinos and shopping.

Murphy bed was hard and so uncomfortable was unable to sleep well no air conditioning room was so hot unable to sleep the one good thing we got discount tickets for lakeside beach other than that for the $200 a night never again there are so many good options with better prices around the strip

Free breakfast helps you so much with Tahoe prices and this property sit in the center of the tourist zone. Walk to almost any place. Free bicycles and laundry on sight. Lots of grills available and daily activities. Kenny the manager was awesome and very helpful with an issue I had. A+ All the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with everything.

Pros: Location is close to all shopping and dining. Discounted vouchers for the beach ($25 off. Regular fee is $30) Free bike rentals Very friendly staff and always smiling and greeting Decent breakfast Rooms and the property in general was very clean Cons: Too small for four people. Booked a one bedroom suite(Queen + pullout) Very very hot. No AC in the unit. (Note: Some units have AC but mine didn't) About 20 mins away from the beach. Makes it hard to walk if you carry everything. We drove and found a parking closer to the beach. It's not hard to find but at peak hours you may have to do a few trips and may find it a little further away The pullout wasn't in a great condition.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, it is so close to shops and food and live action places. The parking was free and safe. Our room was very clean and decent and rustic but also modern. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the south. The 2 pools were clean and convenient and the hot tub was nice too. We really enjoyed that the place can let guests use the bicycles for free to explore around the area. The staff in charge of the bikes was very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was simple but still very convenient to have access to when we want it. The gym was small but useful. The front desk staff was also very friendly and quick with helping with any questions. Also, we loved how they had a popcorn machine there too and a water filter station to fill our water bottles for the day. Totally recommend this place as it is in the heart of south lake tahoe and so close to restaurants and shopping. Great job Stardust and hope to see you again soon!
