We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the sunset and eating our meals since the weather was perfect during our stay. We'd love to book again in the future. "We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy lake cottage. The setting was peaceful, the renovations tasteful, and the patio fernishings, firepit, and kayaks made for great family outdoor time. The kitchen was better stocked than expected, and the labeled light switches were a thoughtful touch. The dedicated ice maker is nice bonus if you spend a day on the lake. The host responded quickly to the few small issues we had. Just be prepared for stairs — it’s three levels — and bring your own extra paper goods and trash bags, which surprised us as first-time VRBO guests."

Check in code was not activated at check in time, so we had a delay in accessing but was quickly resolved without issue. The fridge was not working when we arrived but they had someone out the same evening to work on it for us. We appreciated the attentiveness to our issues to ensure we had a great stay! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The lake is absolutely beautiful and clean as well. We loved the fact that there was a boat dock that we could bring our boat to and keep there. Despite the walk up and down from the house to the dock, made me realize how out of shape I really was. LOL Though as the days went on we got somewhat used to it. Walking sticks helped out a lot. But all in all we loved it. "
