The Space:
This stylish home features a spacious open-plan layout with a contemporary kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Three comfortable bedrooms provide restful spaces for families or groups. Large windows flood the home with natural light.
Bedding Configurations:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (this can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)*
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (this can be put together for a King Sized Bed)*
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Sized Beds (this can be put together for a King Sized Bed)*
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for ease of travel. The home includes a garage and off-street parking. It’s only a 10-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and 12 minutes to town. The ski field access road is only a few minutes away—ideal for winter guests.
Other Things to Note:
The home is well-insulated, double glazed, and equipped with a heat pump for year-round comfort.
