This beautiful luxury holiday home in Jack’s Point, Queenstown is perfectly located to enjoy lake and mountain views, maximising the sunshine from all angles and creating a real feeling of nature and calm. With paddocks of sheep on the back doorstep, Lake Wakatipu on the horizon and mountains on all sides, this villa is a true New Zealand gem.

Walking down the cedar clad entranceway and through the impressive double breasted front doors, you’re welcomed into the home where light pours in from both sides and a large schist stone fireplace runs floor to ceiling. The right wing of this luxury holiday home in Jack’s Point, Queenstown has a cathedral ceiling, sky lights and large sliding doors, allowing you to fully experience the expansive views, with glimpses of Lake Wakatipu through the trees. This room is flooded with light and natural features, including a magnificent floor to ceiling plant wall that is sure to speak to every nature lover out there. A fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry means that entertaining is a breeze in this luxurious Queenstown holiday villa.

A tucked away media room means that movie nights are never off the table, be it for the kids or those looking for a more laid back evening. Above the double garage, you’ll find a comfortable sized gym and exercise space. A powder room with full laundry runs just off of the kitchen area so that those looking for a longer stay have everything they need.

The left wing of the property features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 master suites on either end of this wing. Both feature office areas and ensuites, with the paddock view master including a walk-in-wardrobe, deep bathtub, shower, and sauna. The second master offers a comfortable seating area, large study and the ability to close off from the rest of the property if required. This makes this luxury holiday home in Jack’s Point, Queenstown a great option for those travelling with extended family and seeking a little more privacy.

The rest of the 3 bedrooms feature queen beds, desk space and external access, all sharing a large bathroom with double vanity, bathtub and separate shower. Upstairs is a large fitted out loft space complete with a double mattress for children’s slumber parties too, a great play area for the young ones.

Outdoors the possibilities are endless. There is a large outdoor fire-pit ready to be enjoyed long into the evenings while sipping on glasses of Pinot Noir. Or, jump in the salt water spa pool and settle into the silence. In the mornings, take in the lake views over a cup of coffee from the outdoor deck, or venture down to the paddocks and say hello to the local Kiwi sheep. On the lower garden level, kids can enjoy a ground sunk trampoline (under adult supervision) with additional seating for alfresco dining during the summer months as well.

All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.

A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalant to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
