"Very nice place. Entrance is through a rough neighborhood, but once you are in, it’s paradise!"

"Excellent service, attentive and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean and the food is delicious."

"Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...

"Ótima estadia! Meus filhos amaram! Tudo muito bom!!!!"

"Breaksfast & staff wonderfull"

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the...

"The breakfast variety was excellent."

"Hoje conflito com outras reservas durante o checkin"

"Bom hotel, poderia ter preço melhor. Localização e serviços bastante satisfatórios."

"Amazing hospitality and a very calm and relaxing place."

"My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci."

"I enjoyed the breakfast. The street traffic was noisy at night. "
