They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team."

"It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all."

"Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Das Hotel ist komplett herunter gekommen und Service war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war verlebt, das Bett steinhart und das Bad ehrlich gesagt eine Katastrophe. Ein versiegtes Waschbecken in Handtellergrösse, aus der Dusche tröpfelte es nur und das Toilettenpapier viel schon beim Ansehen auseinander. Ganz abgesehen von dem Geruch aus diesem Raum.
