「The room had roaches and the ceiling was leaking in the shower I would never stay there if I ever go back to Monroe I was there for my brother's funeral and I never been there since I was born everything else in Monroe was great besides the motel 6 and I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there.」

「It's a historical building.The facilities are certainly old but very clean.I don't see the hotel staff until I check in and enter my room.It is sufficient to communicate everything by e-mail.The response is quick.You can also feel the functionality in the oldness.If you knew in advance that there was free water or snacks, you didn't have to go to a store and buy water.」

「The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Odd that there are no ones in the room to call the front desk. There aren’t any blow dryers in the room so I asked house keeping. 「I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

「This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, looked newly renovated, clean room, smelled good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Safe area. Will be our new regular when visiting there for tournaments.」
