Check in process was clear. House is in super easy spot from complex entrance and across the street from clubhouse (upper pool area, exercise room, sales office). Extremely comfortable beds and living room sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen/dining. We were all able to use internet simultaneously. 3 televisions! Rooms were pretty soundproofed and ceiling fans in each were appreciated. We would have liked to have room darkening or blackout window curtains or shades, as car headlights were pretty flashy at night.Overall loved it. Best part for grandkids (after bunkbed sleeping) was the amazing array of water fun at the complex.We would certainly stay here again and hope we can.We would certainly stay here again.

Spring baseball stay

Stayed before the slides were turned on. We have stayed in the neighborhood but not at this property. Location was good. Only thing is the master window faces the street so you can hear passing cars. Not for a light sleeper. House was clean and easy to access.

Great Getaway Experience

This was a great place and the listing photos don't do it justice! It was a great size and had plenty of room. The two pools were within walking distance (one was across the street) and we loved it.

This home is very close to my family. The house is attractive and well stocked but could use a bit more cleaning (baseboards) and repair to the living room wall from previous guests.

Really nice

We had a great time staying here! The home was spacious enough for adults and teens. It had great views from the back porch. Everything we needed was there. And it was right by the pool which was fantastic for our teens. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home and location

This home was just perfect for our stay in St. George. Easy access to all the great things St. George has to offer and a quick five minutes to the Tuacahn shows at night. Location of the neighborhood is right across the street from the swimming pool so it was great to go hop in and relax after a day of hiking. This is our second time staying in this home and we will definitely stay again

It was perfect for our stay

We had a great time on our girls trip. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good location and the kids had a lot of fun swimming. Perfect for our quick stay! The pool toys and wagon were a big hit too!

Great communication but we had a few issues.

The pool was dirty and unkempt. Several of the dishes were dirty. When we called the on call person to ask for batteries, they were rude. The property manager relied right away to validate my concerns.

Girls Weekend

Beautiful home. Perfect location. Had a great quick trip with extended family! We all would have loved to stay longer. Easy rental and check in process. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for baseball tourney

Great location in Santa Clara. I could have walked to our baseball games at Gubler Park. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was right across the street and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here anytime even if it wasn’t for a baseball tourney.

Very nice unit

This unit has everything it advertises for. Across the street is the entrance to the pool that is very nice. The view from the backyard is awesome. The rooms are spacious and very well furnished. Very attractive environment.

Great way to end a road trip

The property was huge for our family of 4. Very clean, extremely close to pool, about a 15 minute drive from the places we visited while staying there. I wish we had more time.

Great Stay, Could Have Been a Little Cleaner

Overall this was a great stay and a great home. We love this area and stay at Paradise Village several times each year. This home is great, but wasn't as clean as one would expect. There were crumbs on the floor, pictures that were at one point on the wall were stashed in closets, and the xbox controllers and one of the tv remotes were missing batteries. This wasn't a big deal as we didn't come on vacation to play video games and watch tv, but just items that could be addressed. Also the labels in the kitchen cabinets were not labeled accurately. some of the items listed on the labels, for example "metal mixing bowls", did not exist in the home. Instead there was a single ceramic bowl in it's place. Again, all minor things, and overall I would recommend this home to other visitors.
