"Staff at front desk rude. Will not be staying here again."

"Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We had problems with the hot water and were moved to another room. There are no carts for luggage so we had to basically repack to move down the hall. In the new room, the electricity on one side of the room was out unless the bathroom light was on. The first night we slept with the bathroom light on so we could charge our devices (the door allowed light to shine through) so our room was bright. When we called in the morning, they said an engineer would look at it but he left at 2. No one ever called or told us it was not going to be fixed that day so they offered to put us in another room. We declined because there was no cart and it was too late-so again we slept with the light on. The area surrounding the hotel was very loud with sirens and cars bringing prisoners in to court in the morning."

"I was under the impression that the hotel had been renovated. Instead we found bubbled and peeling wallpaper in our room. My sheets had visible stains and there was some sort of white paper residue all along the tub with visible mildew in grout/caulk. It appears the bathroom fan in our room did not work. Unsure if this is very specific to our room or hotel wide. Additionally, we chose a room on the second floor. It was difficult to sleep in to 8 am due to excessive noise of suitcases and large groups walking past even with earplugs and white noise. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will say the beds and pillows were comfortable. The view of the pool was lovely."

"While the room was comfortable and had some neat features, we will not be staying here again. There was no pool, the breakfast is very expensive (especially for what you get), and it is LOUD. We were not told there would be an after party at the hotel’s rooftop bar after the USA v Portugal game, and we hardly slept that night. The hotel provides ear plugs, but that’s not super helpful when you can hear the music through the earplugs and feel the music vibrations in your bed. It was awful. Additionally, every time we went downstairs and had to pay $6 for a cup of coffee, apparently a 25% service charge was added on to that $6. Do not stay here if you value your sleep and money. "

"WARNING......The online pics look nothing like the hotel room we were given. Our entertainment center was balanced on beer can tops. While in bed at 1am we heard 5 gunshots just outside our hotel. We also had a very sketchy man follow us inside at 11:45pm. He loitered around the lobby which made us uneasy to go directly to the elevator in fear he was immediately follow us inside. We determined it was safer to take the stairs. Will NEVER stay here again and for others safety I would NOT recommend. "
