This city hotel was a great choice! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows offering nice views of the city. The lobby had a lovely design, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus of convenient parking makes it even better. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again!

His assistance in recommending fantastic dining spots and must-visit places was invaluable. This is a 5 star hotel. Very beautiful hotel with great amenities. Overall good value. The only thing is that it is located in a more commercial area. There's small grocery stores nearby and some restaurants (Donair). Easy access to Metro. I would stay there again.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Very professional staff, attentive and kind, making you feel really comfortable being there. Amazing breakfast (not cheap but worth it) sadly we didn't have enough time to really enjoy it. Good view from 16th floor where our rooms were. Dining experience in 17th floor restaurant very pleasant, great, top notch service. Food was really good too but could be better, particularly in relation to price. Overall really good experience. Would come back

They need to do more!

The stay was ok however it deserve to be a 4 star instead of 5 star. It was clean and staff were friendly. good thing about it was the taxi station next door which made it easy for us to get a taxi. They need to add much more to their rooms to claim the 5 star hotel - They need a full set of soap, shampoo, etc + they need paper tissues, toothpaste, tooth brush (like basic stuff). They would bring it to us if we were to call and ask for it but a 5 star hotel shouldn't be hesitant to provide basic hygiene material.

Everything was exceptional except the first room we were given had problems with the Air conditioner which they resolved by changing the room however unlike other hotels, the temperature of air conditioners are set to maximum of 18 degrees. So of you are from cold countries it will bother you quite much. However everything else is perfect and amazing.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, as usual it met our expectations however unfortunately we encountered discriminatory and disconcerting behaviour of the front desk staff. This has never happened previously on any of our visits, seem these staff were a new batch who seemed more interested in themselves and IC1 customers. All other staff are top notch, very approachable and helpful. I am a regular to IST, Windsor would have been a regular but will now consider other options. PS - temperature was over 30c, ac was very weak.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days. The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.

40min taxi ride from the airport - get an Uber not the metered taxi! You’ll thank me later. Had the junior suite for me and my partner, lovely apartment and could see the surrounding area. A few minutes walk and you have the T4 tram line which links to the main attractions (20-25min and your in the main attraction area. Gold market, sultan Ahmet surrounding area). Transport is easy to understand, gets busy and packed. Taxis I recommend getting Uber to avoid getting ripped off. Very frequent taxis available from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, would have been nice if they switched it up. Gym equipment was pretty good too, swimming pool was clean also. Some of the house staff had a language barrier which made it hard to communicate when requesting for things to be delivered to the room. I’m not sure if there was a no smoking policy in the rooms, but people were smoking in their rooms and the smell would filter through the vents. This was unpleasant especially coming from a place people don’t smoke indoors. Apart from that, decent hotel.

The staff is decent. Facilities are decent. However the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The food is horrible . The staff is untrained - you have to beg to get service. You need to fire all the staff in the restaurant. Let’s get back to the food… the food is an absolute disaster. I paid for a pizza and a salad. Took one bit of the salad - spat it out paid for the food and left !!!!! The manager saw that we didn’t touch the food… he said nothing !!! Food on the streets of Istanbul taste better than the food at the “restaurant “ customer service on the streets of Cappadocia is better than this restaurant. We stayed at a different hotel in Istanbul …. Completely better service and restaurant. I’m shocked that a restaurant like this existes. This restaurant needs to be closed. Because of the restaurant. I will never stay at this hotel … however there is one bright spot -HAMZA is an absolute gem. He’s is the definition of Turkish hospitality.
