A great small hotel near Taksim Square. Excellent small restaurant just two doors away, and a wonderful place for breakfast just around the corner. About 45 minutes from the airport by taxi (be prepared to pay cash).

Very friendly staff and a unique place

Great service in this boutique alike place! Rooms are small, but cozy. We had a French balcony in our room. Front desk and housekeeping is very friendly. Great restaurants are only 2 min walk. It takes about 10 min to go to old town, grand bazar etc. My recommendation to chose this place!

Great stay

Great hotel with good location, close to metro station and bus station to the airport. It’s clean and and comfortable. The only let down were the air condition unit was a bit noisy when it restated at night and the sliding door to the shower area is a bit difficult to close fully. The room was comfortable but being assigned a room at the front of the hotel, there was some loud music being played from some vehicles passing by the main road nearby. Luckily I was quite tired from exploring the beautiful city, so I slept through it anyway. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable room

The place is simple, room is very nice and clean but twice I mentioned the AC not working and they looked at it briefly then went away. No AC that one night. No big deal but.....Luckily it was not in the heat of summer. Otherwise great location and very good hospitality.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with balconies

Great staff! We booked one night, but missed our flight and came back for another night there. We enjoyed everything about it: it’s a boutique hotel located close to all restaurants, banks, Taksim Square. We used a 15 minute taxi ride to go to The Grand Bazar. Across from the hotel is electronics shop where we purchased new chargers. Very convenient! Everything is very close by and staff is super friendly. They helped us with a taxi ride to Istanbul Airport. We would definitely come back here again!!!!

This is an A class hotel, I love it, I booked originally at a nearby hotel, but as a common thing in low key Istanbul hotels, that was a scam, so I had to book a nearby hotel, AND LUCKY US, we booked at this one, Avenue was nothing but great, great staff, daily room cleaning, beautiful lobby and wonderful rooms with boutique vibe, less than 10 minutes walk from Taksim square and the metro station which is vital in Turkey , and 5 minutes to Istiklal street, this place is awesome and I highly recommend it for sure, hopefully will come back soon, Whatever we asked for they did for us, we asked for iron, they provided which is rare in Turkey BTW, we even asked for a scale to measure the luggage weight and they had, we asked for umbrella and they provided and all was with no charge, go there avoid the scams around

The staff were not really corteous. They were always staring and not very welcoming. The rooms were never cleaned. No new towels or toilet paper. The description shows it's also a coffee shop but that's not true. The elevator is tiny and fits 2 people only.
