Nice hotel. Good location and close to Istiklal shopping area, restaurant, bars and metro station. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful. However, interior a little bit outdated so probably need to be refurbished and breakfast was average.

The room was clean and well set up, as well as the bathroom. All amenities were working well. Staff were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. It was a strategic location and we could easily walk around the town or take the tram to visit other famed tourist attractions in Istanbul. The breakfast at the hotel was reasonably priced and we received a full Turkish breakfast set each time. My only concern about this place was that it was right above a restaurant, and this allowed a lot of cigarette smoke to seep into our room. We were moved up to a higher floor after the first night, and this problem wasn’t too prevalent anymore, though there was still a lingering smoke smell whenever we exited our floor. If you could maybe do something to prevent the smoke from entering the rooms in the future, it would be great. I suffer from heart failure and this affected my comfort and breathing tremendously. Hope you’ll be able to remedy this situation soon. Thank you!

WARNING - STAY AWAY!!! Avoid Palmiye Hotel Suites at all costs. This was the most stressful and horrifying hotel experience of my life-a complete 5-nt nightmare in Istanbul. The disaster started at 2:30 AM when we arrived and discovered there was NO signs anywhere for “Palmiye Hotel Suites.” The address led to what looked like a random restaurant, and we spent over 2 hours dragging luggage through unfamiliar streets, taking taxis back and forth and wasting over $150 trying to find a hotel that seemed not to exist. Exhausted and overwhelmed, even strangers from nearby hotels tried helping us before we finally discovered the “hotel” was hidden inside a closed restaurant. Unfortunately, things only got worse. The Family suite is falsely advertised. There was no hot water during the day or evening, meaning cold showers every night. The room supposedly accommodated 3 adults, but the 2nd bed was a tiny race-car child’s bed barely a foot off the floor, completely unacceptable for an adult. The sheets were dirty, the fridge did not work, the sink leaked across the floor, mould everywhere, the hower flooded the bathroom. The toilet barely functioned and had to be manually flushed by pouring water into it ourselves just like camping! No cleaning service during our stay and no balcony to air out the smoky room as advertised. Don't expect to sleep before 4 am as you're right door to a Irish Pub. Can't believe this property is allowed on a major booking platform. It's FAKE and a big SCAM!

Perada gezilecek konumlara çok yakın olması sebebiyle seçtik ama hüsrandı.giriş yapacağımız sıra telefonla aradım en yakın otopark konusuyla ilgili yardımcı olmaları için yarım ağız istemsiz cevaplar ve herhangi bir yer bile söylemediler kendimiz bir katlı otopark bulduk Galatakulenin orda ve bu yüzden bavullar ve çantalarla 20 dakika boyunca yokuşlu Arnavut kaldırımlı sokaklarda yürüdük taksiler almak istemedi. Otele giriş bir meyhane içinden bize garip ve güvensiz geldi.en kötüsü sabah uyandığımda duşta soguk suyla köpüklü kaldım ve 10 dakika boyunca bekledim bu havada dondum klima yeterli ısıtmadığı için oda da pek sıcak değildi. Sıcak su Su gelince arkadaşımda ardımdan girdi 3-4 dk sonra sıcak su kesildi tekrar bu otomatik bir düzenleme mi bilmiyorum ikimizde sıcak su var diye girip köpüklü şekilde bekledik tekrar gelmesini. Bunca seçenek arasında burayı tercih etmiş olmamıza pişman olduk bir daha konaklayamacagımız bir yer.
