The location is perfect, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were absolutely amazing, and overall everything exceeded our expectations. A special huge thank you to Hengameh and Ferideh — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile with big smiles. They truly made our trip special and memorable. The only small suggestion for improvement: unfortunately the Queen bed mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has one of the best locations and offers excellent service with the most professional and fast staff you can find in Istanbul. The overall experience was great, and the service was outstanding. My only note is about the breakfast — it was not very well organized, and not everything was available. If you go down about half an hour before closing, most of the items are already finished.
