Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than the estimated time to the hotel, we were very tired , and what a beautiful surprise it was to us that we were greeted by this young man with a smile and he asked us to take our luggage! The front desk staff , they are WONDERFUL, always respectful and offering to help, suggesting restaurants and places to visit, making sure we had everything we needed. I'd like to recognize their great job. Please excuse me if I misspell your names, Numan, Kenan, Harun,Haruhi, Oguz, Econ and Enver We thank you all, you are awesome!!! Also the hotel is kept clean, our room was spacious, they provided all the toiletries and slippers. Very comfortable mattress ,pillows and comforter also are comfortable. (This is something I always look for in a hotel) Breakfast is varied with turkish and international food, every day for breakfast hotel staff were always respectful and courteous. The hotel is centrally located very close to the restaurants, stores, and metro. We walked everywhere and used metro twice. We love Istanbul an we are recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Lovely Hotel, brilliant location, very friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. we had the 6ppl connecting room and we were 5 grown men and it was ample for us. Nice powerful shower and good bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and bedding changed daily. Very well located right by the marmaray train and in between sirkeci and gulhern tram stops. Nice

The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Excellent location we were able to walk to all of our trip points within 15mins. For further areas the tram location was a 3 min walk. Breakfast was delicious. Would def linearly stay here again and recommend to others if they want to view the mosques and around the Galata area.

Also wirklich Top! 👌
